Trade with Us
Welcome to our Trade with Us Page!
Have a pile of clothes waiting to be listed on eBay? Can't be bothered to sell your second-hand furniture on Facebook Marketplace? Or are you a local trader of vintage pieces looking for new places to show off your wares? Sell your old stuff at our next event, as a seasoned trader or newcomer!
We’re currently seeking traders for these events and more across Stockport and Greater Manchester. On the events page you can find more details on each event’s stall availability & prices. Please note, we request all traders have their public liability on hand during their event.
Please get in touch using the form below and let us know which event/s you are interested in.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Stalls prices are determined by table size and venue, and price details can be found on the events page. Per event, we will let you know if you need to provide your own table, blanket, and/or shelter to display your products.
-
We want to keep items in the ecosystem, so we do not allow mass-produced products. Anything vintage, second-hand, handmade, antiques, or collectables are allowed. Weapons of any kind, or other inappropriate items, are prohibited. If you have any questions about what you would like to sell, please feel free to contact us!
-
We encourage you to promote your business on the day with business cards, flyers, and/or banners (as long as they do not obstruct the space).
-
Like a typical car boot sale, we encourage shoppers to pay with cash. If you wish to bring a card machine, that's absolutely fine. If you are looking to purchase a card machine, we recommend using Square UK (which we use in our shops), alternatively, SumUp is also a good option.
-
For each event, we will be in touch with in-depth set up information including maps, directions to the loading area/entrance, and all nearby parking.
-
Someone will be at venue at least 1 hour before the event starts and they will be ready to show you where you can set-up your stall. Please be prepared to start trading for the events opening time.
-
Entry fees are subject to each venue. For some events, entry is free, however, many of our markets are ticketed or on the door.
-
To help us grow we’d love your support via your social media page pages! You will be provided with social media assets and posters which can also be shared through our Instagram @rarefindsflea
-
We request that all traders have their up to date public liability insurance for the date of their event. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to get in touch via the form above.
-
If you’re unable to make it for the date you’ve booked, please let us know at the earliest possibility so we can offer the space to another trader.
Please let us know within two weeks of the event. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for booked spaces, however, we are more than happy to move your booking to a future flea market!
-
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an expected footfall/attendance on the day of the market. Due to the nature of our traveling market, weather, and other events on in the area, each venue and date could result in different turnouts, and, sadly, we cannot offer refunds to traders who may feel affected by this.
We do our best to promote our markets in creative ways and self-fund our own promotion when we can. Our community markets are best received when our traders also share marketing material and posts from Rare Finds – to draw in even more visitors on the day!
-
Rare Finds’ promotion material is produced and distributed in-house by our small team. For each event, we do our upmost to share the event and attract customers. Every event is featured on event sites such as Eventbrite, allevents, Skiddle, and Facebook. Additionally, we share press release features to Manchester’s Finest and other local ‘What’s On’ pages.
